We were on the first floor which is about four or five steps down and it was quite humid inside the room, even though it wasn’t humid outside. Other than that, it was great. ”Overall, the resort is beautiful and we had a great stay. However, the rooms could use a bit more attention and maintenance. When we arrived, our refrigerator wasn’t working, but after we called the front desk, someone came promptly to replace it. The balcony door was very difficult to open, and the shower door wouldn’t close properly, likely because the floor wasn’t level. While these issues didn’t ruin our stay, the rooms would benefit from some upgrades and better upkeep.”
