”Stayed here for one night, I was told it was on castle grounds and it included a “pastry chef” breakfast in the castle. As far as the room, the window was broken and stuck wide open all day and then we were told we could change rooms at 11 at night- the room we were switched to, also had a broken window. The staff wedged something in there to keep it shut for the night. It was definitely not ideal to pack up and move in the middle of the night. And then the pastry chef breakfast was nothing more...

”Everything and everyone were great. Im particular but didnt like the ac in the room. Couldnt sleep with any blankets on even though ac was set as low as possible. Wi fi wasnt the best but great overall with everything else.”

”I asked before check in if the pool was open. They said yes. I specifically booked it because it had a pool. I walked up to the pool, it was out of order. I asked for the manager to co tact me during the stay. She never did. Conditioner bottle was empty during the stay. Big issue when you are already in the shower. Breakfast area was not clean or well kept during breakfast times. Pretty messy.”

”Everyone at Hotel Polaris was super nice, and welcoming. Anything we needed they made sure we got what it was. The rooms are super nice, and housekeeping was super thorough and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurants were fantastic, and there were many to choose from. The only thing I am disappointed about is that there are not multiple locations. I would stay here a million more times.”

”Construction occurring next door to hotel. Noisy and dirty in the parking lot. Hotel itself has improved since my last stay.”

”Hands down the best experience with hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. These folks seem to love their job and the people they work with. The friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. It was a great stay because of the staff alone but then add a clean, comfy room and great breakfast. It was 10/10. Management is doing great.”

”The room & beds were nice. Breakfast didn't offer much for variety. The staff were easy to work with. The carpet in the common areas were dirty, could use a cleaning.”

”Hotel was in a great location for all the sights and the breakfast was wonderful every morning. Highly recommend! Big rooms, refrigerator, microwave and small stove top, coffee and tea, ice machine down the hall, blackout curtains. Everything was great!”

”Clean room but poorly maintained. Cove base coming off. Noisy fan. Broken cabinet door. Broken clock. Staff was very polite and helpful.”

”They changed the room I ordered and had to put my party in separate rooms. It happened to one other customer in front of me and has to settle for a king bed with 3 people. The establishment is old and need of serious updates. The air conditioner would t cool below 75. The continental breakfast was terrible and few choices. The staff was friendly, but it hardly made up for all the negatives. Will not stay again. And will warn others not to as well.”

”What a fantastic place! We took a chance on a newly opened option and it paid off. Amazing attention to detail and amenities. Julia was so friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The first hotel I've stayed at where the coffee is good enough to not have to go elsewhere and buy some. 😂”

”The room was clean. The beds were hard which some people like we are more of a soft bed kind of people. The pillows on the bed were very lacking very small and there was only two pillows on each bed. The pool was not open at all. And the continental breakfast was very lacking. We actually ended up leaving and having breakfast at restaurants for our entire stay. The parking lot is very small and tight, but overall our stay, there was good.”

”Desk clerk helpful Bed/pillows comfortable. Really only complaint was air conditioning was not working properly. Had to use fan that I brought from home.”
