”We had a lovely stay in apartment eight. Which is always very spic and span. It’s disabled friendly, which is I have balance problems suits me well. The walk in shower was especially helpful. We enjoyed a walk out and a couple of cycles. The community orchard on the way was fascinating. Sadly you can’t book the weather, but enjoyed ourselves nonetheless.
We would thoroughly recommend Howgills Appartments.”

”It was our 5th stay at Howgills Apartment. As before, we were very happy with service provided. Our apartment was clean, warm and cosy. We had all we needed. Location is brilliant if you like see hills around from morning until evening and if you are walker.”

”comfortable clean cozy and very tidy, with great views across the valley to Whernside, wish we could have stayed longer maybe next time, The kitchen was well maintained and had all you needed, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The dark night was amazing coming from a town we dont see dark like that! Glad we taken our SUV and not the hatchback as we would have struggled on the bumpy roads due to its very low front end.”

Damp smell in onsuite shower-fan didnt appear to be working
Mattress too small for bedframe. Easy to catch toes.uncomfortable getting out of bed
We are 2 adults who booked a 2 bedroomed apartment only to find the 2nd bedroom locked and unavailable to us-we left a night early because of this
Otherwise apartment comfortable-plenty of crockery/cutlery -spotless everywhere. Nice views of the fells from the sitting area window”

”Property was very clean and comfortable and very convenient location. Stay was very enjoyable. Only issue was we were short of one towel, instructions for the convection hob would have been very helpful, a better selection of cooking saucepans and utensils would have been nice and we were unaware that parking was only free between 6pm and 8am.”
