”The beds were clean. The whole hotel had a weird vibe to it. It was almost like it was abandoned, and there was nobody around, big portions of it were closed off, and the lighting was dim security doors didn’t work or lock properly. The whole property seemed kind of unkempt with trash, laying around little balls of dust everywhere garbage in the parking lot. It was like it was rundown and they weren’t able to keep up with it. ”Room was clean. Staff were very polite. Breakfast had a good variety of dishes. Staff were constantly refilling and attentive.”

The housekeepers weirdly didn't stick to same replenishments and less towels and no conditioner day to day weirdly.
