Some positive critique to work on (room 24): - We were in a street facing room, so there was noice from the street. - Cold water tap needs to be attended to … seems like no water and then all of a sudden a gush of it. - mattrasses can be opgraded/replaced, is very thin. (Bedding is very nice) ”

”Accomodation and gardens are fantastic. Checkin was easy, they kept in contact via whatsapp messenger every day of the stay to enquire how we were and if there any issues with the accomodation. A pity more properties do not do this. Will most certainly stay again.”

”There was a real personal touch when we stayed at the Moontide Guest Lodge, by all staff. Breakfasts were particularly good. It is a great place for a break from busy life. ”

”This was an all around amazing experience. We stayed in the whale suite which had amazing views of ocean and cliff sides. We saw a pod of dolphins before dinner. Dinner was made there by an excellent chef. Highly recommend staying here.”

”Next on the list for improvement should be replace mattresses. Fantastic stay Rose was so helpful. We took an Uber on Saturday night to the Island for dinner. It came in 7 mins. Unable to get an Uber for over an hour on the way back. Arranged another ride back to hotel. Lovely area. Lovely town”

”We had a great stay here on our trip through the garden route. The property was well maintained, had amazing views, and had a friendly staff. Upon arrival the owner greeted us and gave us the rundown of property and local eats. My only regret was not staying in this location longer. You won’t be disappointed with this property or location. Thanks for the hospitality and I hope to be back soon!”

”Well situated on high hilltop great view of lake . Property has gated entrance . Seems like a safe environment. No air con it was quite hot when we were there those accustomed to air con would not be comfortable . those that do not need tempature control would find it a safe clean well situated venue”
