âThe Lodge is NOT at Cliff Castle Casinoâsomething they donât make clear. We waited nearly an hour to check in, only to find out our room was in a separate building.
When I asked where it was, the staff just said â800 feet awayâ and pointed, clearly annoyed. No map, no directions, no explanation that the lobby there was closed.
When we found The Lodge, the door was locked with a sign saying closed, and there were no instructions on how to access the second floor rooms.

âClean rooms. Friendly staff. Mattresses are soft, not a lot of support. Would stay here again because of the location and staff, and Denny's next door with good and reasonably priced food.â

âThe staff and the view was amazing. The rooms are nicely sized but the towels and the sheets were not as clean as i would like and they had construction starting at 6am during our stay that no one warned us about.â
