A house, three apartments, space for up to 10 guests: The house in Seeboden is ideal for large families or several families who want to holiday together yet separately. Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Large garden, Weber electric grill, carport with 3–4 parking spaces. Lake Millstatt is directly in front of the house. Summer: water sports, cycle path, hiking. Winter: Goldeck in 10 minutes, Bad Kleinkirchheim and Katschberg in 30.



Our accommodation is ideal for large families or several families: 3 separate apartments, each equipped with kitchen, bathroom and toilet are available. All apartments are separately accessible and lockable but connected via an internal staircase. Each apartment has its own terrace.



The entire accommodation and garden are available to guests without restriction.

Three kitchens with induction hob, oven (steam oven on ground floor) and dishwasher. Five toilets and three showers.



Our house is located on the edge of the village of Seeboden. Very good infrastructure in an absolutely quiet location, freely accessible beach volleyball courts, skate park, playgrounds, cycle path and public open-air swimming pools in the immediate vicinity.



Our house is easily accessible by both public transport and car: Spittal/Drau railway station: 4 km, bus station: 3 minutes on foot (ski bus to several ski areas in winter)

Diverse sporting opportunities in summer (water skiing, diving, surfing, tennis, paragliding at Goldeck,...) Countless hiking trails are right on the doorstep. Winter: numerous ski areas (some accessible by ski bus) in the surrounding area:

The Goldeck ski area offers the longest black run in the Alps and is accessible by car in 10 minutes. To Katschberg, into the Innerkrems or to Bad Kleinkirchheim takes approximately half an hour.

Music weeks in Millstatt or festivals at Schloss Porcia offer diverse cultural opportunities.
