The food, wine pairing are incredible reflecting the talent and the passion of the owner. Wonderful Baden-Württemberg in southwest Germany, on the edge of the Black Forest. Spa and pool complete the package and its location ideal for a short stop to continue travel to France, north or south Germany or for spending a few days exploring Freiburg. ”

”Small and cozy hotel, good location. Excellent breakfast. PC with printer in lobby (good because we had to print out our train and flight tickets ). Small minus for the cleaning: the room was not ready when we entered it at 3:30 PM. Obviously communication breakdown between lobby and cleaning. Everybody was very friendly so it was no need to make a fuzz out of it.”

”Hotel location was good, tram line nro 1 goes 150m away from hotel. but behind the buildings so no noice. Room was simply no carpet just bed and small table, enough room for clothes and luggage. toilet basic things no bidee, but this is normal in Germany.. I haven't see any bidee in any hotel in Germany. local shop, doner kebab and pizzeria and bier garden in 50 m from hotel ;) nice lake in nearby (5min) to walk around or jogging.”

"What can I say... Reception service was well below average. Hotel is pretty much middle of nowhere. We had only one set of towels. There was a sock hanging from fire alarm on The roof (yes, really...). Breakfast was ok. Good thing is that they have also 3 and 4 person rooms and Price is decent. We won't be staying here again. "
