”Great location & A great host Unfortunately there is no air con and the heat at night made it very difficult to sleep at night. The bedroom we had was small. The other 2 larger bedrooms had sliding doors on to a balcony, which you could leave open at night for some air flow. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs in total 1x double-1 x twin smaller rooms with little air flow. 2x larger rooms with sliding doors to balconies Great breakfast too. ”

”Thoughtfully equipped.”

”T was so welcoming, delicious breakfast and unbelievable views”

”The standard room is high quality, beds are big and comfortable. The staff is professional. The Cucina restaurant is good for casual dining and the Waterside is upscale. Swimming pools are usually quite modest in South African hotels, but this is absolutely good. The Hyatt is quite expensive but still good value.”

”Lovely experience”

”The house is unique and beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We wish we could have stayed longer, and look forward to visiting again in the future for a longer period of time.”

”First: The property is hard to find. Looking for 23 Lang Street per Expedia. But you have to enter 25 Lang Street. Why can’t they provide accurate directions? Very poor start. This place is for monkeys, not humans. Made for a unique experience that I’ll hope to not repeat. Somebody didn’t think this place through.”

”So many roadworks in front of the Hotel. It is such a pity but it has been like this since 2022”

”Hyvä siisti hotelli. Avulias henkilökunta. Hintansa arvoinen.”

”Friendly staff”

”We initially felt unsafe here . This was probably not a fair assessment- it was based on how we felt that day . We did leave the hotel to stay somewhere else as I was feeling anxious. We return the next morning abd the staff had been really worried about us . They had explained that security was very high . We were taken about about how much they cared . If you are looking for a place to sleep 4 I would consider this - we were just 2 and we found a place that suited us better. However, we...

”Welcomed on arrival was great, the room was good with a stunning sea view, the onsite restaurant was amazing, quite a varied menu and wine selection, the breakfast delivered to your room was exceptional overall a home away from home, will recommend to family and friends”

”loved this location and luxury tent... the restaurant itself is a little bit gloomy ( too much dark wood for my liking) but the staff were super friendly and accomodating .. and you are there for the views and tranquility not the cordon blue cooking- ill be back ”

”The place was lovely and in a great location”
