Bright, cozy living ambience for max. 4 pers. with garden view in the wine and gardener village Segnitz at the southernmost point of the Maindreieck.

A warm welcome to our 50 square meter non-smoking vacation apartment (smoking on the terrace possible) in a quiet location (turning area) below the vineyards.

Access to the apartment is barrier-free, the separate entrance is at ground level.

From the hallway you reach the bedroom. The double bed has a lying surface of 180x200 cm. Second television available.



The eat-in kitchen includes a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, egg stove, bread slicer, coffee machine, kettle, etc., dining table with 4 chairs, pull-out sofa (for the 3rd and 4th person), 1 armchair, TV and radio. Vacuum cleaner etc..

The daylight bathroom has a shower/WC, washbasin, stool and washing machine for a fee, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, hand and bath towels are provided.



The garden and covered terrace with garden furniture and swing invite you to relax. Barbecue, barbecue utensils and charcoal free of charge.

Car parking space in the carport, motorcycle and ferry bikes by arrangement in the garage.

Directly at the front door you can start with walks in the vineyards and bicycle tours (developed cycle path) from Segnitz to Würzburg and explore picturesque and historical (wine) places. 1 bathing bay provides refreshment.

By car and train you can reach Rothenburg o.d.Tauber, world cultural heritage Bamberg, Frankentherme Bad Windsheim etc. Swimming pools and indoor saltwater pools are in the immediate vicinity.

In Segnitz you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, sausage and meat in the farm stores. In the winery not only wine drinkers get their money's worth, in the restaurant you can let yourself be pampered. Supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, butcher, doctors, train station and restaurants are within walking distance in the neighboring village.

Dogs are not allowed, Wlan free of charge as well as a water and a welcome greeting on arrival.
