”A convent conversion, like so many in Spain. This one is complicated to navigate. I would stay again, but the place could use a Swiss manager to whip the staff into shape.”

”The hotel and the room were beautiful and full of luxury. Room cleaning was in excellent level. Area was calm. Only few negative things: 1) not all the staff spoke fluent English. Sometimes there were problems with understanding. 2) The swimming pool was closed and it was one of the reasons why we chose the hotel. It was September, so perhaps their summer was over.”

”Excellent location and room comfortable and clean. The shower floor was very slippery and they should put down rubber strips or a mat and a handle to hold on to. We are senio citizens and we saw many people our age travelling. Also the sign for their parking said full and we were later told we had t request for it to be open. THey should of told us that in the reservation we had to pay much more outside. ”

”Quite good location in the old town but no shops or bars in immediate neighborhood. There are nice pictures of the hotel terrace but the terrace was open only for breakfast time! We had a room one floor above the street level: No view at all but terrible noise from the street next to the hotel. Worst beds (extremely hard mattresses) and pillows ever, couldn't sleep well at all during our two nights stay. Nice breakfast though.”

”Excellent location, just around the corner of the bus stop - Centro - for bus #12, to/from Segovia Guiomar/Estacion Ave. (2-3 minutes walk). Also in walking distance to most major sites. Good sized room, clean, good bed ans pillows, but must admit I prefer duvets to blankets. Friendly and helpful staff. Sadly internet is quite weak, but might be because it’s up in the mountains. Overall, had a great stay, and would be happy to stay here again.”
