”We stayed at the Bird House for my daughter graduation weekend from Texas State University. Great location - peaceful vibe in the pecan trees, yet just 12 minutes from TXST campus. House is cute and has everything we needed (except dishwasher!!). We enjoyed swinging in the porch hammocks, walking the property, and lounging indoors. Definitely a great getaway! ”

”My husband and I took 10 high school grads on a retreat /senior trip for Younglife to this property. It was fantastic. The grounds were perfect for games. We had a pickleball tournament in the driveway. The pool, river front and basketball quart were great. The house was beautiful, kitchen was spacious and the living room sectional was great for when we all gathered together. Everyone said that the beds were really comfortable. We had a great time and will look to book here again. ”
