”For a quick inexpensive fix, there's nothing quite like the Lodge. The beds were relatively comfortable, the showers were clean, and the air conditioner was just what we were looking for during this warm weekend. However, our room did include some unnecessary artwork on the lampshade and there is an intense smell of cigarette smell throughout the entire hotel, despite our room being non-smoking. Bring your good smelling friends and ask for a waffle in the morning! Made fresh by the staff!”

”These beautiful grounds and lodgings quickly became a destination resort for us. We were content to relax in the privacy of the exquisite gardens in silence. The hosts were so considerate; after serving a delicious home cooked breakfast they just retreated and we were alone to enjoy the remainder of the day. ”It's a small, very well run motel. The staff is very accommodating and the motel is perfectly located within walking distance of virtually anything you want from dinner to groceries. As a plus each room has a front and back bed room with a kitchenette in between. We are cyclists and stay there often when heading for a san juan island your. We've never been disappointed.”

”I like this property and have stayed here many times. It is my go to in Anacortes because rooms are large, quiet, and well heated in the winter. However it is aging and the breakfast really isn’t there. Breakfast has gone downhill steadily especially after Covid. They could do a lot immediately by upping the breakfast game. However it’s also time to start room renovations like new mattresses and linens.”

”- We were charged $20 to check in 40 mins early but not compensated for leaving the property 90 mins early. + room was clean-ish and overlooked the creek - We booked a 2 queen room and we're given a king. When I immediately called the front desk she told me I booked a King and when I asked if she would like me to show her my confirmation she said yes. I wasn't going to let this person ruin the graduation weekend so I dropped it. + ample parking - 2 Surge protectors in the room and one...

”No big issues just average hotel. The toilet in our room would run all night if I didn't stop it..the single elevator was painfully slow, but it helped me get my steps in using the stairs. Breakfast was if you like wet liquid or powdered eggs. The bacon was sliced so thin you could read a book through it. It was almost non bacon in a pool of grease! Not many options, for a diary free diet. I settled for peanut butter toast and it was tasty. The room was clean. Overall three stars is all I can...

”Very convenient and close to softball field for tournament. Friendly front desk staff. Room was very clean and it had everything we needed to cook. Had all utensils plates, pots, and a dishwasher. Full-size refrigerator. Would recommend and will return for future stays. Beautiful property.”
