”The property itself was beautiful, but the pool was only open until 6pm. The restaurant was only open until 7 and there was nothing to do after 7pm. This property needed to have someone at the front desk/ maintenance available 24/7. We went to check out at 6am and there was no one available to check us out. We called the front desk a few times for differe t reasons and there was no answer. ”

”This is a very nice small boutique hotel near the beach. The only compliant I had was about communication with their staff. I had spoken twice with their staff to request help with scheduling a taxi to the airport and was told it was confirmed. However on the day of my departure there was none scheduled. The staff on duty didn't know anything about it. I had to wait for a taxi to be called and this could have caused me to miss my flight. ”
