”Disappointed and underwhelmed. We drove 3 hours from NY to PA to stay at Wind Creek for our 28th wedding anniversary. The staff was on auto pilot when checking in, barely looking at us or acknowledging the event or our travel. The room, although big, was underwhelming. No bathtub in the room. Thermostat was broken too. Way too much smoking taking place in the casino. Sat at an electronic machine with a live host and waited 30 minutes for a waitress (after turning on the set of light) and she...

”The entire stay was terrible! Gave us keys to someone else room. Sheets had stains and requested manager come to our room. He proceeded to give many excuses including " we rent to the homeless in the off season and they trash the place". They did change the sheets but he "assured us" the stained sheets were clean!”

”The indoor pool was nice. The room was a good size everything was clean and comfortable. Did not like that certain things like the fire pit was only available Friday and Saturday. I didn’t check in until Sunday. I also didn’t like the fact other guests invited them selves to our balcony.”

”Pretty good motel. Were the walls thin so you could hear other rooms - yes. Was the a/c working and fan loud enough to cover that noise - yes. Linens were clean and bed comfortable enough - also yes. Rest of the room wasnt super clean, but it wasnt falling apart or anything super gross. Felt safe in the location as well. Overrall great value for the price.”

”When we got there the elevator was out of service which we were not told about until after we checked in. With 5 prosthetics in my body that was not good. I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. The woman who checked us in was also the same woman I had spoken too weeks before (3/times) put us on the 2nd floor opposite side of the building of the doggy area. Die Matratze im "natuket" war etwas weicher als in den anderen Zimmern, die ich schon hatte, aber sonst war alles ok. Mir fehlt immer ein wenig Duschgel, da es meist das Ende der Reise. ”The first room i was assigned was not cleaned i videoed the issues took it to front desk and they apologized and switched me the bathroom was not cleaned hair on walls and tub and dried up toothpaste on the since knob and one of the staff offered to clean it and what he did next i was out of there how you cleaning with no chemicals and tissue.. in the second room was ok so i stayed my 2 nights but will not stay there again needs upgrading and better cleaning crew”
