”Staying at this resort is like staying with family. The staff treated me like a brother they lavished me with service and smiles and they could not have been any more accommodating. The setting is quiet, simple and remote and just what I wanted. They also offer snorkeling trips, bonfires volleyball games sing-along‘s, you name it. The only thing I would suggest is to install a reading light next to the bed and desk. Overall this was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing stays I’ve had anywhere...

”Amazing hospitality in a nice tranquil area. We've stayed at one of the nice little rooms for 5 nights and definitively come back again. The hotel is on a top of a hill without any noise from busy streets. You can sleep quietly here! Breakfast was super delicious and served professionally! The owner made sure that we enjoyed our stay.”

BUT: if you build a 2 million amazing villa like that, why have the rooms NO air conditioner? and why is the wlan not working? Hotellin ympärillä lukuisia ruokapaikkoja. Kaupasta ja osista ravintolista ei saanut olutta. Pääkadun varrella viina/viini myymälä, erittäin kalliit hinnat. Uima-allas pienehkö mutta rauhallinen. ”

"Everything from start to finish was a complete experience. Tranquility of the resort was something we were looking from our trip to Lombok. Katamaran was just the right choice. The villas with private pool offered privacy and the perfect place to rest. Services and facilities work and are clean and they have the best staff! You can have the best infrastructure and land but the staff is the part that makes the place. Here in Katamaran every single one who we met from the staff was amazing. Yadi from the staff helped us with everything more than we could expect. Really one of the best hospitality professionals I've met. To sum it up, Katamaran is going to my top favorite hotels and we hope to have the opportunity to return maybe even next year."
