”The room overall looked outdated and was not clean. The chair by the desk had visible stains or dirt spots and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The bathroom was also not clean, which made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. The property location is great and the staff is very friendly! ”

”This is our sixth time staying at Aloft Sarasota. We are very pleased with this hotel and amenities that we don’t look for anything else in downtown Sarasota. Clean rooms, great service, rooftop pool with a bar, and this time we also enjoyed complimentary breakfast. We always arrive early and enjoy early check-in which is a plus.”

”Breakfast was amazing – everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was modern and stylish, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. I’ll definitely visit again.”

”We walked into the room and left 5 minutes later. Because I booked through expedia, the hotel and expedia refused no REFUND. I lost $600.00 and had to book $800.00 airbnb. One hour in Florida and had to deal with this. Hair and stains on the bed and box spring, smelled horrible, looked like some threw up cabbage in the bathroom garbage. I never felt so uncomfortable. Always book hotels through them personally and on a credit card to help get a refund. I've been using expedia for 20 years but...

”The room was okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I had to go buy raid to defend myself from the roaches. I had to spray every day to keep them away. The bed was comfortable and room was neat, but them roaches kept appearing every day and night.”

”I received a pedicure while a guest there. My pedicurist was a lot of fun. I relaxed, & we laughed a lot. SHe was professional, positive, and fun. The pedicure was pretty good, but the experience was excellent.”
