”Earlier reviews emphasized cleanliness of the property. It was not clean. Let's start with the positives. The bed was clean. We checked in without incident. The negatives. The house was not remotely clean. We owned an old house and were expecting radiator heat, etc. However, there was dog hair everywhere downstairs despite the fact no dogs are allowed. There were dustbunnies on the floor with dog hair. The rug and couch in the living room were covered in dog hair. The furniture is dirty like it...

”If you have a bunch of guys headed up to the AOAA this is a great place to crash. Just know its a big room with a huge bar, pool table, darts and some beds in it. Come ready to party. Plenty of parking (long trailers slightly more challenging). Comes equipped with a fridge, microwave and a blackstone.Mary, the host, was a saint and took care of us for sure. Be sure to check out her restaurant (Olde Stone Tavern) its one to remember.”

There is a general store on the property that is very convenient. The host was great! Smooth, easy check-in and the communication was excellent. There was not one piece of information missed. ”Had a great stay @ this beautiful house celebrating my husband's 50th birthday! There were only 8 in our group bur plenty of room to accommodate more. The area is very beautiful & peaceful right on the creek. Lots of fun things to do in the house from games, ping pong, basketball, pickleball, etc. We didn't realize there was no TV, just assumed so if it's important to you plan to bring a laptop. ”We stayed here for Bucknell Parent's Weekend with our three younger children and one friend (ages 9-17). The home is spacious and clean and is located directly across from the main campground hall and office. It is between a 15-20 minute drive to Bucknell - on local roads. The house has the basics, including linens, which was a nice bonus for a short weekend stay. The owner/manager was communicative and helpful. ”
