The newly renovated holiday apartment in Haus Having is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by elevator. At 32 m², it offers space for up to three people and is ideal for couples or small families.

A special bonus is the free daily use of the swimming pool at the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World for three hours (except from June 29th to September 14th, 2026). From Easter 2026, a modern fitness area will also be available for guests to use free of charge.

The location is ideal: The Baltic Sea beach and Lake Sellin are only about 900 meters away, and shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with blackout curtains. The living area includes a double sofa bed, a smart TV with Sky channels, and free Wi-Fi. A modern lighting system allows for individually adjustable lighting moods.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher, among other things. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and hairdryer.

The southeast-facing balcony with seating area is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed. A bicycle storage room, playground, and elevator are available. Security deposit: €100 (refundable after departure).
