The separate bedroom sleeps two, while a double sofa bed in the living room provides additional space for two more guests. This makes the apartment perfectly suited for up to four people.

A special perk is the year-round 25% discount on admission to the adjacent AHOI Water Park and Adventure World. Furthermore, starting Easter 2026, you can look forward to a new, modern fitness area. The holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of the Seepark Sellin complex, just a few minutes' walk from the Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and the idyllic Sellin Lake. Shops and a bakery are also conveniently located within the complex.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi and a starter set of bed linens. The bedroom is particularly comfortable thanks to blackout curtains and features a double bed. The bathroom features a bathtub, toilet, and hairdryer. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, coffee maker, and toaster. A television provides additional entertainment.

The security deposit is €200 and will be refunded after a satisfactory departure.
