The apartment is located on the second floor of the well-maintained Seepark Sellin holiday complex. The Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and Lake Sellin are only about 900 meters away. Shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance.

The practically and comfortably furnished accommodation offers free Wi-Fi and a complimentary initial supply of bed linen. The combined living and sleeping area with blackout curtains is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and toaster allows for easy self-catering. The bathroom has a shower/toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. A television completes the amenities.

You can relax and unwind on the sunny southwest-facing balcony at the end of the day. This non-smoking apartment is pet-free. A bicycle storage room and a children's playground are also available.
