The holiday apartment in the Seepark Sellin complex, located in the "Moritzdorf" building, is a cozy and modernly furnished accommodation offering 32 m² of space for up to three people. Situated on the third floor, it features a bedroom, a bathroom, and a combined living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen. Amenities include a flat-screen TV with Sky channels, free Wi-Fi, a filter coffee machine, a microwave, and bed linens (included in the price). A balcony invites you to relax and enjoy the outdoors during your stay.

The location is particularly convenient: shops and the AHOI Water Park are just 50 meters away, while the beach, pier, and ferry terminal are approximately 900 meters away. A bakery, restaurants, a mini-golf course, and a bus stop are also within easy walking distance. Guests enjoy a 25% discount on admission to the AHOI Water Park year-round.

A bicycle storage room provides secure bicycle parking. From Easter 2026, a modern fitness area will also be available free of charge. A bread delivery service completes the amenities. A security deposit of €100 is required for the apartment, which will be refunded within 5 days of departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition.
