The apartment features a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV, a bedroom, and an open-plan kitchen/living room with a filter coffee machine and microwave. Bed linen is included, and a balcony invites you to relax. Wi-Fi is available, and pets are welcome. For added convenience, there is an underground parking space, a bicycle storage room, and a bread delivery service.

The location is ideal: shops, a bakery, restaurants, mini-golf, and the AHOI Water Park are all just 50 meters away. The beach and pier are approximately 900 meters away, and the ferry terminal is about 500 meters away. A bus stop is approximately 100 meters away.

A security deposit of €200 is required for the apartment, which will be refunded upon proper return of the apartment within 5 business days.
