Located in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, this comfortable holiday apartment is situated in the Mönchgut building. With its 20 square meters of living space, it's ideal for up to two guests and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday on the island of Rügen. A special perk of this accommodation is the daily free use of the swimming pool in the adjacent AHOI Water Park & Adventure World for up to three hours (except between June 29th and September 14th, 2026). Furthermore, starting Easter 2026, guests can look forward to an additional highlight: a modern fitness area with free access, featuring contemporary equipment, a motivating atmosphere, and a variety of workout options.

The holiday apartment is located in the Seepark Sellin complex on the second floor of a well-maintained building. The Baltic Sea with its fine sandy beach and the idyllic Sellin Lake are only about 900 meters away. A bakery and shops are also within easy walking distance. The apartment includes free Wi-Fi, and the initial supply of bed linens is provided. The combined living and sleeping area features blackout curtains and a convenient double bed. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. The kitchenette is functionally furnished and equipped with a coffee maker and toaster. A television provides additional entertainment.

The northwest-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed. Guests also have access to a bicycle storage room and a children's playground.

A security deposit of €100 will be refunded within five business days of departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition.
