”The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof....

"Overall we really loved Kuara Resort. The Riverside Villas were absolutely amazing and you also have a private cabana with the room. A total paradise. The property is tucked away in a quiet and secluded area and gives you the feel of total relaxasion and privacy. Everything is so nicely put together that you keep thinking your in heaven! You can take the e-bikes out for a ride to get the feel of the rural local vibes – totally worth it! The staff and overall service could honestly not have been any better. All of our needs were catered super swiftly and we felt like we got some of the best service that we’ve ever had anywhere. Restaurant was also really good and we did not get boared of the menu during our 3 day stay. Pro-tip: you can ask to go and pick you own lobster from the fishery 100 meters to the sea abd the chef will make an amazing dinner experience of it! Overall amazing experience from check-in to check-out!! Thank You Kuara Family <3"
