”We rented superior room (4 persons) and in the first place there wasn`t balcony or mountainview but there was minibar (without any drinks), terrible looking room (windows too high to look outside), but there was bathtub. Next day we waited 5 hours to get a better room with all amenities, but we get a bigger room with balcony and mountainviews but no bathtub and minibar. ”The service at the hotel was excellent: very friendly and helpful personnel. The hotel has a great location, just few minutes from Campologo ski lifts with very efficient ski shuttle service. Nice restaurants with very attentive personnel, and the spa section was good after long day of skiing. ”

”Second time in this hotel, now 3 nights. Location is great for Tre Cime and other hikes. Food was good. Only complain we had, was exceptionally loud noices, which came from corridor and other rooms. Not possible to sleep without ear plugs.”

”Away from the centre of the village, surrounded by mountains, we had a lovely view from our balcony of a field with donkeys grazing and a small chapel at the far end of the valley. It is quite a hike from the hotel to the lake. If you’re a hiker, then this is the place for you. The dinner was expensive and mediocre. I do not recommend the half-board plan. Breakfast was okay, very limited choices. They benefit from the high tourist numbers obviously reflected in the limited value for money...

”Spend 2 nigts at al forte as a part of our trip around Italy . Just everything worked out. Room was excactly as described, steak at the restaurant was the best (at that time of the trip atleast) ;) staff was very friendly, and veeeeery random checkout time was organized nicely with a staff. Only negative thing was that We werent able to try the breakfast as we went off so early during morning times:)”
