”Substitute one of the stairs ways with an elevator. I stayed in the 5th floor for the whole trip and going up and down several times a day it gets feels in the knees. Just a thought. Everything was excellent.”

We had last visited Quebec while on a cruise 3 years ago and our waiter at Sam’s recommended we visit at Christmas time and so glad we did. The property looked so festive and truly kicked off our holiday season. The service-from the bellman who first greeted us to the room service waiter to front desk made us feel welcome and gave impeccable service. We look forward to our next visit to this lovely property and beautiful city. ”

”When we arrived the front desk personnel was not very friendly and when he spoke he talked in a very quiet voice. We asked him to repeat himself a few times. We had room 405, it was extremely noisy to try to sleep in. The following morning we went to the front desk we spoke to a young guy and requested to move rooms, no problem with a very little cost to us we moved to room 304.
