”Stayed at this hotel for the first time during LU check-in. It was extremely close to liberty, which was helpful. The rooms were clean and while the bathrooms were a bit on the smaller side, I was grateful the sink was outside of the shower/toilet area. My only “complaint“ was that when our new towels were replenished we didn’t get any washcloths and I had to go searching. But that was not the fault of the hotel. The electronic door key didn’t work and had to change rooms for another...

My only complaint was that the printer was down during our stay and I was unable to get a receipt for the dog deposit. Now I’m out $75 as I can’t get a reimbursement without a receipt.
