”Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned. The restaurant had good food, the night server was not so warm, the morning crew was better. Cannot give us even an hour of late check out. So we practically...

”The hotel was clean and new. However, service was not good. I needed to call the reception and had to speak to a bot who could not understand my request and could not speak with a real person. We ordered room service which was totally overpriced. A small burger came in a plastic container with wobbly plastic cutlery.”

”We had a wonderful stay at the Willard. The hotel’s historic elegance, unbeatable location, and exceptional service made our trip especially memorable.
We booked a Junior 2 Queen Bed Suite, which worked perfectly for our family. The separate sitting area with a pull-out couch gave our kids their own space to sleep. This made the room feel much larger and more comfortable than a standard hotel room.
