La Casa Del Talaïot is located in a very quiet environment, with 7000m2 of land, and surrounded by a garden with a variety of trees and plants, we take care of our beautiful garden throughout the year.



The property consists of a main house with 4 double bedrooms (1 bedroom with a "King Size" bed and ensuite bathroom; 2 bedrooms with a "Queen Size" bed and another with two single beds), 2 full bathrooms, 1 toilet, kitchen and living room. conservatory with a beautiful fireplace. All these rooms are located around an interior patio in the center of which there is a large palm tree, this patio can be covered with an awning and thus leave a wonderful multifunctional room (ideal for yoga or any other type of exercise). Adjacent to the living room is a large terrace/solarium and the 55m2 “L” shaped pool, the pool has a lower area designed to relax or where to play with the children. On the terrace you will have 6 sun loungers, a table and garden chairs, as well as access to the barbecue area. The pool lights up at night.



In addition to the main house, we find the guest house, a space without internet connection to be able to disconnect and reconnect with nature and enjoy the wonderful views. In this attached house you will enjoy a mini kitchen, a full bathroom and a bedroom with a “King Size” bed.



There is a large area to park cars of any size. In addition to a wonderful and large garden with lawn and a huge variety of plants and shrubs that are visited by numerous birds throughout the year, and thus be able to enjoy even more such a calm and relaxing environment.

Remember that the property is located in a rural area, so we strongly recommend that you rent a car to be able to move around with absolute freedom; Likewise, for reasons of health and the environment, they must deposit the garbage generated in a green point located 1Km from the property.

The Villa is just half a kilometer from the town of Sencelles, in the town there are restaurants and bars, bakery, pharmacy, grocery stores. In addition to being close to the town, the circular Talaïot of Son Fred is a few meters away, it is an autochthonous prehistoric construction, the house is in a prehistoric settlement.



Just 10 minutes away by car, you will find the city of Inca with all kinds of supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Müller, McDonald's...)

You can visit several wineries of the best wines on the island such as Tianna, Jose L. Ferrer, Macià Batle... They all offer visits, wine tasting and direct sales.



A few minutes by car, you will find the Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca, in Costitx, where you can book a guided tour, highly recommended.
