One of the rooms at downstairs was terrible, it smell like someone peed in the room, when we complained they said the carpet was recently shampood, how come a freshly cleaned carpet smells so terrible. Besides the bathroom sink was not draining properly and no hot water flow on the sink.
When I requested to change the room the attendant said you can checkout and find other hotel.
The whole downstairs had smoking odor even though the section entrance door says...

”Great stay overall with a couple small issues
We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was a nice bonus — there was a good variety including waffles, eggs, yogurt, fruit, and sausage, which made mornings easy.
There were just a couple of minor inconveniences: our room didn’t have a remote for the TV, and the bathroom sink was positioned in a way that caused water to drip onto the countertop when...

”Outside looks fine. We arrived at 1am and was told the room is not available. Booked a room with 2 beds and got a king bed instead. On top of that, it was still cold out and there was no heat in room. Thermostat setting was to 75 and room temp was 61 the whole night. My kids got a bit sick the day after. Booked as its close to the airport. Big mistake, will not return.”
