”Amazing hotel that is located steps away from Lotte World Mall (Avenue L, Lotte World and the Number 2 and 8 subway lines). Breakfast has a large variety of options, including both Korean and Western food. The Residence has a microwave, stove top and washer/dryer combo unit. Rooms are very large and our King bed unit had 1.5 baths. Staff is very friendly and helpful and a French team is visible throughout the hotel.
My two areas for improvement would be 1. the wait for breakfast (3 seating...
”The hotel is newly opened, so rooms are clean, new and good size. Only the sink in the bedroom (and not in the bathroom) was really surprising and inconvenient, and also the airco was really loud and had a bright light, so it was bothering during night time. There was some noise from the street (we were in 7th floor). But otherwise room is ok for this price. Me and my friend both have allergies and very soon after arriving we needed to book another hotel because both of us started to get symptoms. We didn't spent even one night in this hotel but they were not willing to pay us a total refund but only half which was not enough when taking into account that we booked a hotel for 7 nights. ”The area is close by to Lotte World and can be reached by bus, about 3 bus stops away. There are convenience stores and coffee houses surrounding the property making it very accessible.
The train station is along Line 9, with escalator and elevator on all exits.”
