Hotel building and the lobby were new and neat, but it was pretty clear from the first sight that the room itself was not cleaned properly. We found brown stains on the toilet seat and dust and dirt on the counters. It looked like that only the necessary things with the cleaning were taken care of and the room was made to look tidy even though it was not actually cleaned. We also found lots of dark red hair from the bathroom, toilet and even inside the pillow cover. We called the hotel staff in the morning asking for a new pillow and when we came back to the hotel in the evening, beds were made but the pillow was not changed since the hair was still there. The pillow had only been turned over. After we called the staff again, they provided us with a fresh and clean pillow right away though. The sheets and morning gowns also had weird stains on them. When we looked at the other reviews, turned out we haven't been the only ones discovering issues with the tidiness of the room which is a shame since it would be a very nice hotel if this was taken into account better.
