Other things to note
* Our accommodation is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. (If you have a lot of luggage, please contact the host in advance the day before check-in and we will provide a free luggage transport service.)
* It is recently all-renovated.
* There is a parking lot inside the villa, but there are often no seats. If there is no parking space, please use the public parking lot within a 3-minute walk.
* It is located in a quiet residential area. Please be mindful of the noise level as there are other guests in the building.
* Please refrain from bring your guest in our flat. you will be charged an additional fee If additional people are check-in without prior notice.
* The washing machine is free to use if you stay for more than three days.
* Carbon monoxide alarms and fire alarms are installed on the ceiling.
* There is a security camera installed outside the front door.
