Dear Nazamuddin, we are aware of the unfortunate experience that you've encountered. Kindly note that, our transit hotel is suitable for a non-VISA passenger/ their checked in luggage is sent directly to the final destination (connecting flight) and layover. As for the immigration and customs, the passenger can only go thru them 3 hours before their flight. Alternatively, we have other hotel property which is located at the outside of the airport, Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA. I was informed by my team that you have reached them and we allowed you to cancel the booking with free cancellation, however, for refund process should be through Expedia platform since you've made reservation via them. Again, we hope this explanation would assist you to have a better understanding and the in case the next time that you are planning to stay with us. Till then, always take care and have a great day!
