La Grangette - SEPX - Gîte

Nature lovers, this Grangette gîte is made for you! Located in the countryside, with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees when the weather permits, you can enjoy the peace and quiet here and take care of yourself. Although adjoining the owners' home, the gîte has a private flowered garden with a 4.50x9m swimming pool secured by a barrier, an outdoor jacuzzi (free from June to September, €20 per session the other months of the year ), ping-pong. A fitness area (bicycle, elliptical bike, rowing machine) completes the services offered. (sports equipment for ages 14 and up only, under adult supervision.) A beautiful terrace with shaded pergola welcomes your meals and barbecue. Parking on the property. Pets not allowed. The layout of La Grangette is atypical. The daytime space is located on the ground floor, accessible from the car park via a few steps going down. The entrance is through a fitness room, extended by a relaxation area with a few armchairs, library and board games. These spaces (fitness and relaxation) can be used by the owners to access the common laundry room (a washing machine and dryer are reserved for guests). Small shower room/WC. The relaxation area opens onto a large kitchen with dining area which is private to guests, and overlooks the terrace and the garden. The sleeping area is upstairs, accessible from the parking lot by a few steps going up. A large covered terrace (view of the mountains) accommodates garden furniture. From there, a corridor leads to 2 bedrooms, each with 1 bed for 2 people (160x200cm) and 1 low chair which can be used as an extra bed for a child. The corridor is extended by a covered gallery which leads to 2 other, smaller bedrooms, each with 1 double bed 140x190cm. Each room has a television and a private bathroom/WC. Heating by heat pump.
