”Parking close enough to lobby to get breakfast was impossible. Parking by our room was great. Had to leave without getting breakfast as no close parking to lobby. Tried to get a coffee to go after 10:00 and none was available. Otherwise I would have given all excellent ratings. We arrived late and front desk person walked to show us where to park and where our room was. Very helpful and friendly. ”

”All was great! Except When came back to the breakfast area to get a fork. The attendant was quite rude ( It was only 10:05 .. ) and lectured me on the breskfast hours.. which is all a guest that works 70 hours a week needs. A lecture on Sat morn) but other than that the place is excellent ”

”The room was clean and spacious with all expected amenities. We were only in need of a one-night stay but loved the property and hope to be back in the area for a longer stay sometime!”

”Loved that it was pet friendly! But definitely needs updating in the rooms itself. When I first arrived there was a tv on the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable and the way it was set up was very strange. I booked a room with a king mattress and what I got what two full mattress pushed together to make one. I felt like meat inside a Taco while laying on that bed. Also the bathroom is so smallll. Was only given one towel and wash cloth but I booked for two people to stay. Did not receive any...

”It was very cleanand well stocked, the property owners were very nice and helpful, and the place is in a great location close to everything we wanted to do! Definitely recommend if you need a place in the area!”

”Beds were comfortable. The room had a refrigerator and microwave but no freezer so couldn’t refreeze ice packs for food in coolers. Maid came to spruce up room while we were out, picked up wet towel but left wet washcloth in shower where I left it. Carpet frayed by door and bathroom had black on floor trim. The usb outlets in light didn’t work. ‘Quality’ inn, not so much. Outside clean, plenty parking and by a Western Sizzling which was excellent.”

”This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. We stay here every year to at Christmas time to see the lights at Rock City. The breakfast is always good and so are the afternoon snacks. ”

”First, the hotel is beautiful. Now for the specifics: coffeemaker in the room is a plus, great bed and pillows, staff always professional and friendly, good bar, location is great for downtown wandering. Last but definitely not least, the bar allows guests to take their drinks to their room. So handy on a late night!”

”Our 1st room key didn’t work, so we had to go back to lobby - they put us in a different room. In the new room, the toilet seat was loose, and the shower door was falling off….maintenance needed”

”The desk clerk, Ryan, was so helpful and courteous when we checked in as well as checking out. He is an excellent representative of your company. He answered our questions and was helpful when someone hit our truck in the parking lot. He went above and beyond! The young lady at the breakfast area was great! She made sure the area was clean, items stocked for a quick breakfast and was genuinely kind. At night the hotel was quiet and our air conditioner worked pretty well. We asked for towels only...

”Staff at check in and Staff the next day for breakfast and check out were amazing!!! Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again next time I travel through there.”

”This was an amazing property. Everything was clean and inviting. Our kitchen had everything we could possibly need. They left a notebook with recommendations and instructions. Our dogs transitioned well and loved to walk around the lake. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Our only issue was the hard mattress. Neither of us could sleep on that. I suggest taking something cushy, like a thick sleeping bag. ”

”A great hotel for overnight for a budget! We stay 4 of us for 70 bucks, including breakfast . Super close to Ruby Falls and other gems of Chattanooga. Its a little bit old than modern, but super clean. Location is amazing! More than worth it for this price. Staing second time during the road trip from Florida to Chicago( almost half way). Highly recommend! ”

”This hotel was in a great location. It is literally at the base of Lookout Mountain below Ruby Falls & Rock City. It’s a short drive to the aquarium & zoo. It is close to a busy road, but it wasn’t an issue for my family. There was a small problem with one of our beds and it was fixed in a timely manner. Communication from the hotel was 10/10. Overall it was a great stay and was very affordable.”
