Notes about safety and children: The house is above a creek and has a steep (approximately 45 degree) 25-foot long slope covered in ferns about 15 feet from the back of the house which makes it lovely but could be dangerous for very young children.  Also, there is a small 6-foot waterfall below a pool that is 3 feet deep.
