”We had three nights stay, following 3 nights at the sister resort - Sudamala Komodo. Both resorts are fantastic and highly recommended but this was our favourite. A tropical island with a reef full with fish. We also had days trips to Komodo and diving which were great experiences. The food is lovely. ”The hotel was very nice and modern, with excellent facilities and easy access to the ocean. Everywhere you looked there was a beautiful view. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide array of choices from different cuisines, so there was something for everyone. The reason for the 4 stars is mainly due to the check-in process and the behaviour of some other guests around the pool. Our check-in took a very long time, with little communication about whether our room was ready. We had to wait...

”The 2 bedroom villa we got was right on the beach and extremely comfortable! Plataran prides itself for old world luxury and it never fails to deliver! We were thoroughly spoilt by the Plataran team and can’t wait to go back!”

”This was the second location I stayed at in Labuan Bajo. The location is conveniently located and overall spectacular. Only downside is it's noisy. My first few nights were on the beach in a more secluded area. Just depends on what you are looking for”

”Situation exceptionnelle au dessus de la plage, beau couché de soleil. De belles installations, un restaurant offrant des plats variés de qualité. Un personnel très accueillant et très serviable. Possibilité de transfert en bateau vers plage voisine pour ne pas avoir à monter toutes les marches. Attention cependant car beaucoup de marches pour rejoindre les chambres les plus en haut de la colline.”
