âThere was still trash on the floor. No seal around the door so it was very cold. And the shower is only about 5 feet high so not ideal for anyone taller than that.â

âAfter being on the road between 12-13 hours, we arrived at the hotel to be told their computer system was down and it was unknown when it would be back up and running. The manager was unable to provide keys or check anyone in, so we told her we needed to go find a new hotel and she told everyone in the lobby to go to dinner because she wasn't sure how long it would take (at around 7 o'clock at night). She finally called over an hour later while we were at the new hotel and she would not refund...
