Nestled a stone's throw from Valras Plage, our lovely 78m2 house is the perfect destination for your group! Originally a small fishing village, Valras-Plage has retained the charm of the Mediterranean while also offering a seaside resort that is lively throughout the year. Our space comfortably sleeps 8 guests, but can accommodate up to 10!

Our house has 4 BEDROOMS with 1 Double Bed in three of the bedrooms and 2 Single Beds in the last bedroom. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate 2 additional guests. Please note that bedroom linens are not provided but are available on-site for €12/kit.

Prepare for the day with the convenience of 2 BATHROOMS. Please note that bathroom linens are not provided but are available on-site for €9/kit. Keep your clothes clean with the in-suite washing machine.

After a day of sailing, retreat to our relaxing air-conditioned LIVING AREA. Curl up on the sofa and watch your favourite show on the TV. Step out onto the private balcony or terrace and enjoy some fresh air.

Whip up a snack in the KITCHENETTE that features a set of cooking hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Résidence La Dune, where our property is conveniently located, including access to a heated outdoor swimming pool. You can connect with friends and family using the Wi-Fi, available at the reception. Please note that Wi-Fi is not available in your unit.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) will be provided for €40-€130.
