”This hotel is very overpriced for the quality of it. I had booked a room titled as ”Grand Premium” but it really was far from premium. A very basic room with outdated interior, really worn out bathroom, broken lamp in the room, a really noisy fridge and a loud airconditioning that hardly worked. The common facilities are nice, but the reception staff wasn’t very helpful and the room wasn’t cleaned well enough.
Overall, I was very disappointed in this hotel as Melia normally has quality hotels...
”We were able to acquire toothbrush and razor(disposable) at the front counter; staff was very helpful and friendly! Shower in our room was quite small though..”
