”The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The breakfast staff was extremely attentive to an issue with the waffle batter machine. That could not be said of the front desk.
You get a text on arrival that states that if you need anything to let them know via the text. So we did, asked for a couple more towels and toilet paper. They never responded and never brought. Waited around for about an hour and no response or no one had brought to the room. Had to pick up ourselves when we...

”I had a paid and confirmed booking but when I got there, there was no room for me and it was night time. The staff at the front desk was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. They wouldn't even allow us to use the restroom at the lobby! We had to call the manager the next morning to get our refund. There was zero empathy and no apology either. This was the worst experience ever!”

”I had a double queen suite. The room was very decent, no noise whatsoever. The breakfast was pretty good 630a-930a, the staff was really nice anytime I asked for linen they were very accommodating and housekeeping always did an amazing job with room service daily. The laundry room was small but it’s okay because the price was reasonable to wash/dry and last but not least let me mention the pool and jacuzzi amenities were amazing! My favorite thing to do is get in a nice hot tub/pool after a long...

”I've always loved that I can park my car right in front of my door and the walkability to the different neighborhood stores was nice. While I feel safer walking my dog in this area than in most others, the fact that the hotel is located right on a busy crowded street caused me to limit my walk time to late night and in the early mornings.”
