”We got to the hotel at 11:30pm and found out that the AC in the hotel did not work. There was no prior communication about it. If we had been notified, we would have canceled and rebooked elsewhere. Room was very hot and no air movement. Breakfast wasn't anything spectacular. Juice machine down so only option was coffee.”

”This place needs updating. The rooms and lobby we ok. The parking lot is a disaster for everyone but especially if you have a full sized SUV or truck. I got my suv after many careful manuaevwrs and drop to lock up the rest of us. Upon check was a bowl of validated parking tickets that I had just spend $8 on. Money but a big deal but checking in I asked all about the parking and the employee never mentioned it. It was pretty cheap for a Raddisson and now O knkw why.”
