This space is a newly modernised apartment inside the historic centre of Setubal with a nearby beach & water activities access.
You have fast access to restaurants, beaches, tourist activities, water sports and in a quiet neighbourhood.

Parking
There is free street parking in the neighbour. Sometimes you can leave the car just by the apartment or within around 100 meters. I recommend having a small car to go through the tiny streets in Portugal.

How to get to the apartment
If you are not bringing a car, you can catch an Uber/Bolt from the airport which will be around 40€ and will take about 45 min. It is worth it if you are a couple or if you are 3 people.
If you come just by yourself and want to save some money, you can catch the underground from the airport and you will get out at the stop called Oriente. Then you will catch a bus to Setúbal which will take about 35 min. From the bus station in Setúbal, you will catch an Uber/Bolt to the apartment.

Are the bathroom and kitchen shared?
No, it is a private apartment. Downstairs is another private apartment. The only thing that is shared is the entrance of the building.
This apartment is upstairs and has a private balcony. Below there is a terrace of the downstairs apartment.

Does the apartment supply cooking utensils?
Yes, the apartment has basic kitchen and cooking utensils. Pans, pots, casserole, bottle opener, etc. Also, there is available olive oil, salt and pepper.

Do you provide a beach kit?
Yes, there are beach towels, a sun umbrella and a thermic bag.

Do you have an iron?
Yes. The bed has storage underneath where you will find the iron and ironing board.

Is it suitable for remote working?
Yes, the apartment has an electric standing desk and a monitor with a wireless mouse.

Is it suitable for 3 people?
Yes, it is suitable for a couple with a kid. The kid can sleep on the sofa bed. Sheets and duvet will be left by the sofa so that you can make the bed at the end of the day.
The crib is available upon request. Please let us know preferably weeks ahead.
The apartment is not suitable for 4 adults.
