This cozy suite is in a renovated two story building that leads to three suites on the first floor. It is located in front of the fisherman's dock of Setubal and 7 minutes away from Praia da Saúde beach. It is the perfect place for travellers and the Praca do Quebedo station is 5 minutes drive away so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

This modernly furnished 20 sqm suite is a spacious and well-ventilated room with a comfy queen bed. The bed will have complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well!

The room has large windows that allow plenty of natural light to come in and brighten the space. The private bathroom is for your exclusive use and is equipped with all you need for your stay, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

Free WiFi is available, and the TV is also a great way to relax and watch your favourite shows after exploring the area.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
