”Don’t book with third party been charged twice and have reach out and no contact .”

”Clean able to sleep peacefully”

”Nice bed and pillows. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was fine and attendant was very nice and welcoming. Check in and check out attendants were nice and welcoming. TV was good. The only reason I didn't have 5 Stars for everything is because tub didn't drain and I notified front desk in the morning. It was not fixed and water was still in the tub my 2nd morning. Also, I expected the room to be cleaned, bedroom refreshed and old towels picked up and new towels provided. I refuse to get in...

”We were impressed from the moment we entered the room and there was a personalized welcome message on the TV screen! Room was beautiful, nicely decorated, very clean and upscale. We were shocked to learn that the hotel is 20 years old. We thought it was brand new!”

”Tameka help me with my reservation Great Job Check-in was very easy Hot tub could’ve been hotter Pool is nice Room with the kitchenette is really nice and perfect”

”Well for starters, the room cleanliness was suspect. We found a wet crumpled up facecloth on the edge of the bathtub. We aren't sure if the cleaning lady had used it to clean and left it, or if it was from a previous guest. Really makes you wonder how clean the place is when something like that happens. There was a visible ring around the toilet bowl, so that wasn't very clean either. There were several stains on the carpet in the room. My fiancé woke with bites on her ankles as well. ...

”The morning breakfast host (Justin) was exceptionally personable. He made the start of our day up lifting. He ensured there was always hot fresh coffee and the trays were well supplied. On the down side the elevator was out of service and told to us it would be out for a month. So I had to carry our luggage up the stairwell to our room. So I paid a full room rate for each day we were there. 4 Days. Also I was never asked if I was a Marriott member a true disappointment since I am a member. As...

”Unfortunately there were dozens of cockroaches outside our door and all down the walkways. Unfortunately one was stepped on and came in the room with us. We were very grossed out. Never again.”

”Check in took 2 hours past time. And first room was disgusting unbelievably so got a 2nd room and it also was dirty but manageable. Roaches were bad”

”Motel is sketchy- everything in poor condition and has seen some hard use. No elevator. I will say that our a/c and tv worked, the toilet flushed, and the sheets appeared to be clean (but I can’t say the same about the comforters.). Mattresses were very stained. I should have read the reviews before I made our reservation, We stayed the night there but I would not recommend and will not stay there again. It appeared that many people were living there, I feel sorry for them.”
