We enjoyed our time in this condo. It is a place where there is not a lot of tourist. It felt like it was a small community. With that being said, if you are looking to be catered to every moment of the day, this may not be the place for you. The adjacent buildings,”Old treasure island”is an abandoned building and looks a mess, which scared us at first. The good thing is, it looks as if the contractor is about to get started demolishing it and getting ready to rebuild. Communication with homeowner was amazing. They are very informative before and during our stay. We ate out every night, and there are not any 3-5 star restaurants in walking distance (.3-.5miles), Most of the restaurants close by are, bar like, atmospheres. Peppers was our favorite within walking distance. We took taxis to all the other restaurants (15-25 US dollars) each way. Casa Nova was by far out favorite restaurant. We took the public bus to Foster’s, the grocery store. It’s only 2.25 per person. We liked the Camana Bay Area where the shops and restaurants were. It was very clean and had new retail. The condo was very clean and supplied with just about everything that could be thought of. Everything is labeled and well organized. It’s not oceanfront, but has a great view of the ocean and pool area. Privacy on the back porch is limited, if there is a lot of morning activity. The beach area was not over crowded and no problems finding umbrellas. Couldn’t walk down the beach because the sand is too soft.
