Tervetuloa Georgetown Villa # 201: een, 2 makuuhuoneen Oceanfront Retreat. Koe suoraan meren ääressä sijaitsevan 2. kerroksen pääyksikön rauhallisuus. Sinulla on esteetön näköala Auringon Karibianmerelle kaikista huoneista ja omasta patioistasi. Vain muutaman askeleen päässä maailmanluokan snorklausta, nauti kylpyläinen intoa ja ulos vedestä. On luonnollista Cayman-lava-kallia veden äärellä ja helpon tikkaat turkoosiin merelle upeaan snorklaukseen ja uimaan rauhallisissa ja lämpimissä vesissä. Nauti parhaista snorklausta 7 Miles rannalla. Gamman hylky on lyhyt uinti condosta. On runsaasti korallipäitä ja runsaasti meren elämää!
Lounge on uncrowded ranta, pää meidän makean veden allas, tai kävellä ylellinen valkoinen-hiekka 7 mailin rannalla. Uimaranan rannalla on enimmäkseen sokerintuotantoa ja valkoista hiekkaa, jossa on joitain koralliriutta ja kalliot, jotka pestään maihin. Rentoudu yhdellä monista rantalomastareista samalla liottamalla katsellen kulkevia veneitä ja henkeäsalpaavia auringonlaskuja.

We had a lovely time! All was as described. Condo was clean and comfortable. Views were awesome. Pool was clean, and access to the snorkeling worked well for us. Also many things were within walking distance, and the public bus was also really easy for access to things farther away. The property manager(s) were also super attentive without being intrusive. Really excellent experience overall!

Awesome Stay in Georgetown

We stayed for 7 nights and 8 days. Our condo was beautiful and exactly as represented online. Indi was an exception host to us and responded in a timely manner when we contacted her. The pool was refreshing; we grilled fish and have wonderful memories of our time in Grand Cayman. Would recommend everyone to stay here and we will definitely be back in the future

Serene location, great condo, lots in walking distance

The condo was great — right on the water. The view was amazing, and the place itself was really nice. We used the balcony all the time. We also sat by the pool to watch the sunset or could jump in the ocean and do some snorkeling using the ladder. Best of all, we were walking distance to tons of restaurants on the south end of Seven Mile Beach. That meant we could leave the rental car most nights and walk to where we wanted to eat and drink. The communication from the manager was great via WhatsApp as well. We'll be back!

My wife and I spent a week here. Stunning views. Very, very clean and accommodating. Location is close enough to 7 MB but far away enough for the extra quiet. Grounds were very clean. Pool area perfect. Highly recommend.

Home Away From Home Cayman Islands

Perfect spot to get away and relax in the Cayman Islands. Nice pool, quiet atmosphere. Ocean front has beautiful snorkeling. Walkable to a very nice grocery store, and Georgetown restaurants. Well equipped for cooking in. Communication and check in was very easy/ prompt.

Great condo situated between Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach

We enjoyed this condo for its view of the sea and the location between Georgetown and seven mile beach. It was clean and the property manager was amazing at communication and helpfulness. The condo was ready for us when we arrived for a slightly early check in. The pool was clean and well kept. There was construction daily in the pool area (jack hammer etc) but we understand those things have to happen to make improvements. Our 8 year old enjoyed the rocky shore, hermit crab watching, and snorkeling right at the complex’s “beach”. This was a quiet place to stay with friendly residents. The only thing that would have made the stay more comfortable would be improved twin mattresses in the second bedroom. We would stay here again!

An Excellent Property

Loved the location of the unit right up by the water. The rocky coast made it so that there weren't a lot of people walking by so it was very peaceful. Well furnished down to blender. We were very impressed that when said blender broke, the manager delivered a new one the next morning. Great service and a great experience.

Beautiful views

Our family of four had a great time visiting Grand Cayman and staying at this beautiful property. Everything was as shown in the listing and photos including the easy access to pool and beach and views of the water. Snorkeling right off the beach was so cool. We didn’t rent a car but everything was a short taxi ride away - with a number of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Manager Ildi was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful time in Grand Cayman

This property is located at the south end of 7 mile beach and a bit off the hustle and bustle of that place. If you want quiet, a great pool, ocean access for snorkeling and some good restaurants within walking distance, this is a great choice. I'd stay there again.

My family and I had a terrific stay! The condo is nice and clean, and their are shops and grocery stores close by. There is construction next door to the complex, but the occasional noise wasn't very bothersome. We would definitely book here again.

Amazing property

Amazing Island and beautiful condo steps from the turquoise water, pool, fantastic snorkeling, food, car rental and shopping. I am very picky and researched a lot of places to stay in the Cayman Islands. I picked the right one! The communication with Don and IIdi was very prompt and helpful many times. I appreciate that. The location was just right. The condo was perfect with all the amenities:shampoo/conditioner, brita water filter, card games, puzzles, towels, beach chairs, and great AC. It was clean and welcoming. Peppers was delicious, the Camana Bay shopping/eating was fun to walk too. Watching the cruise ships come in was also relaxing. Cayman Islands is a safe comfortable Island! We enjoyed the people and hope to return in the future.

Fabulous condo and Awesome location

Logistics of our stay were excellent. Manager was very responsive to several pre-arrival questions. Access to the property was easy, and the condo was very clean and well equipped including beach towels. Location is excellent as we walked to a few places and explored the entire island in our rental car. World Gym being located right across the street was great as we both hit the gym everyday. No issues with the condo and I'm sure we will return again sometime.

Clean and friendly complex. Beautiful views. Beach is very small but being right on the water more than makes up for that. There is a high rise under construction next door. Though NO fault of this complex or unit, it’s very noisy right now. Hopefully that will be completed soon. Construction everywhere on island, though. Property manager was amazing and extremely helpful!

Beautiful Place

This apartment has an amazing unobstructed view . Had all the amenities we needed and the some. Plenty of space - full kitchen. The best part is we were able to snorkel right outside our door on the private beach and enjoy the pool. Very convenient location where we walked to various restaurants, bus stop, and scooters are also available . The property manager and owner are very responsive . Definitely recommend and would go back

Excellent stay

This place was perfect! Super clean- perfectly comfortable. I very much appreciated entering an air conditioned unit (so many times the units have the a/c at 75 and it smells musty- not here!) Kitchen was stocked with all the things you would need. The washer/dryer was so helpful (and supplied detergent). The views were incredible. I don't think you can get better views without more seven mile beach congestion. It was close enough to everything but still very quiet and peaceful. I cannot also stress enough how nice the check in & checkout was. It's always so annoying when there are 4 pages of check out procedures- we just packed up and left. Thank you- very well run property management group!!

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay in George Town Villas and in Grand Cayman! The location was perfect, we were close to so many restaurants and shopping centers. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. They may have gotten a new water heater since the previous comments because the water was nice and warm for showers! Don’t hesitate to book this VRBO if you’re planning a trip to the Caymans!

Perfect Vacation Spot on 7 Mile Beach

Everything about our stay at 201 was just perfect! Best view on the island and the condo was clean, spacious well appointed and the reservation process was easy. If I had to leave on suggestion for the management, it would be to turn the hot water temp a notch. LOL. We had to take showers with the water on full hot, and even then it was just warm. Other than that it could not be a better spot! Quiet and next to everything you need! Great snorkeling right off the beach, even a fun shiowreck to explore about 100 yards south. Watch the cruise ships come in and out and enjoy the sunsets every night! We will be back!!
