This condo was nice, we stayed over Easter with my wife and 3 boys ages 6,4,2. The owner indicated there would be a midweek cleaning service which was laughable because they did little more than fold towels and rearrange bedding. Upon checkout we cleaned up the rooms to a reasonable level, put all dishes in the dishwasher and washed all towels. Being the kids had their Easter candy there were some random wrappers and lifesaver gummies that were left on the floor as well as some Cheerios and empty water bottles (1 or 2). We took out the trash and left drinks and extra paper towels and such. My 4 year old fell asleep the night before we left with an ice cream cone which did melt on the sheets. We scrubbed the sheets but did not wash them as check out was at 11. The owner messaged me two days after checkout stating we left the condo in disarray and that someone committed on the sheets and it ruined their mattress (completely not true). She charged an extra 300 because the cleaning staff had to stay for 3 hours to clean up the place. I have been staying in the condos at sunset cove for the past 5 years and have always had a great experience with the condo owners, this condo was mediocre at best and I feel they took advantage of us for what I would argue was normal wear for a family of five staying for 9 days with no cleaning service. I would think twice before booking if you have children. I have pictures of how we left the condo and plan to fight the bogus charge.
